Sometimes an onsite report is not possible or not requested by the client. This type of report is based entirely on the information provided by the client. This is usually provided in the form of pictures and a brief description. The opinion of value is then made without having first-hand information about the condition of the equipment and the opinion of valued is stated with a higher degree of uncertainty.
